Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

We are excited about this combination of the fall favorite and the all season vip. Try this pumpkin and chocolate goodness as your next game day treat! 

  • 1 box Pumpkin Bread mix
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups store bought or homemade vanilla frosting
  • Sprinkles
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray or butter a cupcake tin.
  2. Gently mix together the pumpkin bread mix, pumpkin puree, oil, water, and chocolate chips in a bowl until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Divide the batter into cupcake tins and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and then top with frosting and sprinkles.
