Berry Muffins In a Snap!

One of the reasons I love our Blueberry Muffin Mix so much is its versatility. You can use ANY kind of berries! And fresh or frozen berries work great, while still giving you that fresh from the farmers market taste. 

Blogger and baker Caroline Granger (also known as @carolinecooksclean on Instagram) went rogue with not just blueberries in our Blueberry Muffin Mix, but also raspberries and blackberries. Amazing what that berry blend from your grocer's freezer section can do! 

Make your muffins as colorful as Caroline's by subbing the recommended 1 cup of blueberries with one cup of any berry blend you like! Go wild with raspberries, blackberries, tayberries, boysenberries, mulberries, even strawberries (diced into 1/4 inch pieces). In less than five minutes, your berry muffins will be ready for the oven and you'll only need to watch one pan and one spoon. Pretty darn easy, if you ask me!
