Missplaced the packaging or just want a refresher on baking instructions and times? We got you covered. 

 

Banana bread mix 

You Will Need:

  •  3 bananas

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease a 9" by 5" loaf pan with oil.

In a large bowl, gently mash three ripe bananas with a fork. Add oil, water and the Banana Bread Mix packet and mix thoroughly.

Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Lightly tap filled loaf pan on counter so batter settles evenly.

Bake on middle rack of oven for 50–55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

Allow bread to cool in pan for 3–5 minutes before removing. Best served warm.

Blueberry Muffin MIx

You Will Need:

  •  1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup melted butter (dairy or vegan) 

  • 3/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with oil.

In a large bowl, mix the contents of the Blueberry Muffin Mix packet with water and melted butter until smooth. Carefully fold in your fresh or frozen blueberries, gently incorporating them into the mix.

Using a large spoon or measuring cup, evenly pour the mixture into the greased muffin cups.

Bake on middle rack of oven for 20-23 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffins comes out clean.

Allow muffins to cool in pan for 2-3 minutes before removing. Best served warm.

Cornbread mix

You Will Need:

  •  1 cup fresh, frozen or canned corn

  • 1/2 cup melted butter (dairy or vegan) 

  • 1 1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 400° F. Grease an 8" square pan with oil.

Melt 1 stick (1/2 cup) dairy or vegan butter and combine with the Cornbread Mix packet, water and corn in a large bowl. If using canned corn, make sure to drain before incorporating into mix.

Mix until fully combined and pour into prepared baking pan.

Bake on middle rack of oven for 22-27 minutes, until toothpick inserted into the center of the cornbread comes out clean.pl

Allow cornbread to cool for 5-10 minutes. Best served warm.

oatmeal cookie mix

You Will Need:

  •  1/3 cup (3 oz) applesauce

  • 1/2 vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 360° F. Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper if desired.

In a large bowl, mix the Oatmeal Cookie Mix packet with your favorite applesauce and vegetable oil. Any 3 oz. applesauce pouch can be used in this recipe. Mix until combined.

Scoop out rounded tablespoons of cookie dough and place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake on center rack of oven for 10-12 minutes until cookies begin to crisp on the edges. For crisper oatmeal cookies, bake an additional 1-3 minutes.

Remove cookies from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.

Enjoy cookies warm from the oven! Makes about 24 two-inch cookies.

peanut butter cookie mix

You Will Need:

  •  3/4 cup peanut butter (OK to substitute any nut or seed butter)

  • 4-6 tlbs. water

Preheat oven to 350° F.

These cookies can be baked directly on a cookie sheet, or lined with parchment paper, if desired.

In a large bowl, mix the Peanut Butter Cookie Mix packet with your favorite peanut butter and 4-6 tablespoons of water (up to 8 tablespoons, just enough so mix binds together).

Scoop out rounded tablespoons of cookie dough, roll into balls and place on cookie sheet about 2” apart, then gently flatten with a fork to create a criss-cross pattern.

Bake on center rack of oven for 10-14 minutes until cookies begin to crisp on the edges.

Remove cookies from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.

Enjoy cookies warm from the oven! Makes about 24 two-inch cookies.

pumpkin spice bread mix

You Will Need:

  •  One 15 oz. can of pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9" by 5" loaf pan with oil.

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree with oil, water and the Pumpkin Spice Bread Mix packet and mix thoroughly. Do not overmix.

Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Lightly tap filled loaf pan on counter so batter settles evenly.

Bake on middle rack of oven for 50–55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

Allow bread to cool in pan for 3–5 minutes before removing. Best served warm.
