At Cherryvale Farms we have made a commitment to provide products that features only real ingredients. No preservatives. No refined sugars. Nothing artificial. Our flour is 100% organic and unbleached. This means it forgoes a bleaching process that removes some of its essential nutrients. Our sugar is 100% organic and unrefined pure cane, meaning it is less processed than conventional sugars. It’s sometimes also called evaporated cane juice, because it comes from sugar cane plants.
Our egg powder is made of whole, fresh eggs, cooked and dried into a powder. That’s it.
Why do we use egg powder? So you don’t have to worry about having some handy at home. Because how many times have you looked at a recipe and thought “Darn! I’m out of eggs!”
Our spices are sourced from reputable companies that provide the highest quality Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves and Ginger. We love the way they make our mixes smell, and the way they transform your kitchen into a bakery as you make them.
The corn in our Zucchini Cornbread Muffin Mix is just real, dehydrated corn. Nothing else. Fresh from the stalk to your delicious bag of muffin mix. We love that they plump up in our mix and taste like freshly shucked corn piping hot out of the oven.
